Lawrence C. Zeug is the founder of Pinnacle Construction Group, LLC. He started the firm to provide quality, high-end contracting services throughout the New York Metropolitan area primarily in New York City, Fairfield and Westchester Counties. His expertise, coupled with Pinnacle Construction’s team of highly qualified project managers and craftsmen assures the client of the highest workmanship and a project which is delivered on time and within budget. With more than 25 years experience, in the architectural and the construction industries, Mr. Zeug’s background is uncommon among area contractors and builders. He studied Architectural Engineering at the University of Kansas, and brings a unique understanding of the architects role to each project.
Mr. Zeug is the recipient of the Professional Builder and
Professional Remodeler Magazine’s National Award (Best in
America - Grand Award), for his extensive renovation to a Dutch
Colonial overlooking Long Island Sound. It was expertly brought
back to its original character. The highlight of the project is a
highly crafted 3-story library reminiscent of a Yacht’s interior.
Brass rails, a ‘ships ladder’ staircase and glass block floor house the
Owner’s extensive book collection and audio / video library.
Another exquiste project completed by Mr. Zeug is a 14,000 sq/ft
renovation of one of the most elegant residential estates in
Greenwich Connecticut. The Williamsburg Colonial estate perched
on five acres overlooking Long Island Sound was completely
restored from the electrical and mechanical systems to its highly
detailed and finely crafted millwork and fine decorating.
